Turnip Report
Today the last of the beets will be roasted with carrots and (purple) onion. I will not make it into red velvet cupcakes, much as I might be tempted to:

No more farm share veggies until the explosion of leaves in June. I can buy zucchini again! I can buy spaghetti squash if I want to! Here's the casserole that will go with the roast roots:

Plus there will be some sort of whole wheat sourdough acompaniment. If I do nothing, I get a loaf of bread at 7PM. I believe that at any time before 6PM I can abort to rolls.
