Lemon squash pasta

Sautee:
1/2 onion with
2 T butter
until onion is translucent.

Add:
1 1/2 t thyme, chopped
1 small summer squash, sliced
cook, stirring frequently, until bored.

Add:
2 t lemon juice
cover and cook until squash is soft.  (I hope this works!)

Stir in:
1/2 c. milk
2 servings angel hair pasta.

Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.


I feel silly writing this down, but for salad:

Wash and tear lettuce into bite sized chunks.  Add some arugula if you have it.  Top with diced cheddar cheese and basalmic vinegar.
