mathhobbit | Second farm share

More leaves and some baby root vegetables. I traded the romaine lettuce for some fruit, which is now baking into some sort of crumble thing. I've got a plan for the spinach:

Spinach and blue cheese quiche.

I'll have to update this post when I figure out the beets, beet leaves and turnips.

Edit: Please don't think I do all those things it says in the quiche recipe. I've never heard of "blind baking" and rarely bother with a crust. Right now I'm wondering if I can smuggle turnips (probably) and beets (probably not) into a greens and cheese bake.
