Turnip Report
It's been too hot to cook, so last week's farmshare has languished in the fridge. I finally cooked it up today and have some changes to recommend to this recipe:

Sautee
4 large carrots, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
in
1/3 c olive oil.
Stir in
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1/2 t cumin
1/4 t turmeric.
Add
1/2 medium head cabbage, shredded.
Cook until cabbage is soft; 10-15 minutes.
Add
2 large potatoes, diced.
Cover and cook on low heat until potatoes are soft; ~30 minutes.
