Today's chore was epic saag paneer -- thanks to ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
fredrickegerman for the tip to use cream. I really like this recipe, despite the number of utensils it dirtied and the need to make my own garam masala. Of course I didn't use the full dose of cayenne.
