Turnip Report

I finally found a recipe I like for baba ganoush. I'd been working up to this, but baking instead of broiling and giving up on the onions helped. I didn't drizzle anything with oil, and next time I might slice the eggplant thicker to make it fit on the tray.

A bunch of the parsley got frozen in cubes. I might add olive oil next time; the cubes don't have a lot of structural integrity unless wrapped in plastic. The rest became tabouleh again. I guess tabouleh proportions vary drastically depending on the chef.
