I'm going to use frozen whole wheat sourdough bread.  I'm tempted to add too many yellow squash.  We'll see how it turns out!

Edit:  Canned tomatoes have a lot of juice -- I ended up mixing it into the eggs.  Also, use a larger pan next time.
