mathhobbit | Cabbage Gratin

I begin to suspect that

chenoameg is not fond of cabbage. Either that or the next one's hers.

I'm disposing of half of this one in a gratin, only I forgot to buy peppers so I used chopped, stewed tomatoes instead. The other half will probably be boiled, sauteed, then served over egg noodles.
