Finally Saag

For this week's farm share:

tomatos: slice, combine with sliced fresh mozarella, liberally salt and pepper.

corn: before shucking, microwave for 2 minutes on high.

I really need a recipe for eggplant that tastes good and doesn't require the oven. (I fail at stir fry.)
