Nutrion Information

But they've made a fatal error! They sent me email! (Ok, "Luddite" isn't the right term, but "those people who think microwave ovens are bad" didn't look good in the opening sentence.) So I've looked up "microwave nutrition" on the internet and found a reputable looking source that supports the position "whatever -- as long as you're eating vegetables and not shortening."
