I am happy to report that after a year and a half of practice, downward facing dog feels really good (finally).

curry parsnip pie

Cube:
1 large parsnip
2 medium potatoes
2 cloves garlic

Microwave for 5 minutes

Cube:
1/2 red onion

Add to the parsnip mixture and microwave another 5 minutes.

Mash.  Stir in:

1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp curry
3/4 c frozen peas
1/2 c grated smoked cheese
1 egg

Spread in small casserole dish, top with wheat germ.

Bake for 1 hr at 325 when you get home from work tomorrow.

Mostly tastes like all the other versions of this I've made.  If I try again I might use more curry and no cheese.  Or I might decide I like the cheese taste better than the curry idea and never try again.
