Nice word!  Can you think of other words that sound similar that would make good words for the rest of the week?  Tapas?  Tapdance?

Too many turnips

Some I'll mash with potatoes.  Some I'll try using with this recipe:

Edit:  Wash the turnips before cooking them.  Some may be beets.

Other edit:  Veggie soup is low fat, low sodium, tastes ok.  Might benefit from wine, lemon juice or pepper.  1.5 cups noodles may be too many.
