Rooms for rent!
May. 9th, 2011 09:56 amThe tenants on the first floor of my building are moving out at the end of the month, and I haven't heard word of anyone moving in. It's a privately owned old building, so it's big (3br 1 bath), relatively cheap and you have a lot of control over your space; on the downside, sometimes stuff breaks.
It's possible that it's already been rented out, but I suspect not. Let me know if you'd like me to put my landlord in touch with you.
