Gourmet hot chocolate

Burdick's is selling single source hot chocolate.  The Madagascar is very tasty.  I hope to try the rest before they change their menu!

I can't seem to find the greens and beans recipe I used to cook the last escarole, so I've had to hunt down another one.  I will probably make a beans substitution, since the above beans aren't the beans I used last year.  How much can it matter?
