Last semester's pottery project was making a set of dishes. I don't need any more plates, but my father loves eating off the things I make. (I'm not sure why.)

So, I made him two plates and two bowls. The target was 8 pieces and I hit 4, only 3 of which are even passable, but so it goes.

But one of the plates has a pointy bubble on it.

So I bought a dremel tool.

Today I opened the box and looked at the pieces and started charging the battery. A year or two ago I'd bought a bit and borrowed a friend's tool, so I went to put that in with the other pieces.

I couldn't find it, and considered just buying a new one. But then I found 24 old toothbrushes, 4 tape measures, 2 nail sets, ...

I have now cleaned out my entire toolbox. And I still don't have plates for my father.
