Actually, I don't know today's word. It's probably not even an English word.

Yesterday I tried to make potatoes Gruyere in a crock pot. Using the slow cooker should change the name of the recipe to something like "potage potatoes Gruyere". Except this is a casserole, not a potage, and Gruyere is a Swiss cheese, not a French one. Can anyone help me name this dish?
