Jul. 21st, 2014 11:11 amFinally got to the broccoli, though not before it bloomed. I thought I'd try to sneak it into my "Bleunienn's Welsh rarebit" recipe, but ended up just eating the broccoli with the cheese sauce. Yummy!
The sauce was oddly grainy. Maybe I should have made more of an effort to beat some melted cheese into the egg.
