Turnip Report

Half the cabbage became mock Ethiopian. The other half languishes in the fridge.

I'm making the Tao of Cooking's cream of summer squash soup right now. The beets might become latkes. I hope the recipe works without the potatos and carrots, because I need to use up the beets and I don't want 4 pounds of latkes!
