Jul. 15th, 2015 08:42 amI haven't posted a lot of recipes lately, because dealing with the farmshare has become habit. I'm currently boiling up another batch of vegetable broth, having processed the beet greens for freezing. (I need the fridge space to make truffles.) Yesterday I started the truffles and made carrot muffins. There's another batch of beet muffins planned, and there will be left over beets waiting for me when I get back from the beach. I'll grill one zucchini and make the other into a breakfast frittata. The onion goes into bagels with lox. The cauliflower will become chowder if it doesn't go bad before I get to it.
