Peel the zest off of:
1 large orange.
Slice the zest into strips and combine with:
pulp of aforementioned orange
1/2 pound cranberries
1 1/2 cups sugar
Put in breadbot on jam setting.
Makes 2 1/4 c.
I think adding half a lemon, reducing the sugar, or adding a cinnamon stick might make this recipe more interesting.
