Chocolate Banana Muffin recipe:

Anyone have good suggestions of things to substitute for coconut oil? Maybe a second egg?

Edit: The texture is very nice, but the flavor doesn't compare to ABP's double chocolate muffins. Perhaps adding orange and cinnamon flavors would help? Or perhaps I just don't like chocolate in my banana bread.

I substituted plain yoghurt for Greek and butter for coconut oil and added about half a cup of flour to make the batter less runny.
