Jun. 30th, 2018 04:50 pmIt turns out that splitting a farm share was limiting me. I am no longer afraid of garlic scapes; they go well in baked egg thing.
This week I think I'll sub kohlrabi for celery root and try:

And then make the rest of the kohlrabi into soup (once the weather cools):
