Turnip Report

It turns out that splitting a farm share was limiting me. I am no longer afraid of garlic scapes; they go well in baked egg thing.

This week I think I'll sub kohlrabi for celery root and try:

Interesting! My mom had a crunchy-fruit/crunchy-vegetable/raisin/dressing type thing she did. I expect this one is probably more healthy. :)

Penzey's has savory, so long as you're OK with dry. I've never tried looking for fresh.
