The city raised the challenge level by closing the underpass. Grocery shopping now has to be *planned*!
I'm turning the scallions into onion bread.
The bok choi is cooked and waiting to be pureed. I'm sure it will be tasty in my saag recipe.
The zucchini will be bread pudding.
The beets will probably end up as muffins; it's too hot for borscht.
