Turnip report

This year my farm share is celebrating the Spring of Root Vegetables.  I'm not sure whether I'm abusing pickle recipes or inventing cole slaw recipes, but by the time I put all this through the shredder I should be able to fit all the unprocessed veggies in the drawer.

Slaw (salad), yes. Cole (cabbage), probably not, unless you count it as a root vegetable?
