Turnip report

Apparently, the secret to making good tabbouleh is giving up on using all of the parsley in one recipe. Not sure what I'll do with the other half of the bunch.

Not featured:

Carrot and kohlrabi salad

Romaine lettuce garnished with pickled turnips and ranch dressing

Caprese salad

Three cups of parsley is a lot! How much did the CSA send you? (BTW, the link for the tabbouleh recipe has an extra "https:// " at the front confusing things.)

Parsley dipped in balsamic vinegar is yummy. Salt water works pretty well, too.

[personal profile] sauergeek made a lovely salsa that involved parsley recently.

Chimichurri monkey bread sounds deadly. And possibly I should point it it to [personal profile] sauergeek, too, as he's made noise about trying out an herbed monkey bread a few times.
