As of this week, I officially have tenure. The Provost's recommendation has finally collected the required number of rubber stamps.
Our book was printed maybe two weeks ago, but the printer is in India. Now we're waiting for it to "hit the shelves".
I have a recent nephew. His name is Rilke Skye. (His last name is the same as mine.)
I'm planning a 40th birtday party at the same location (and date) as my 30th. You're probably invited; ask me if you're not sure!
