It's not quite that bad, but I'm tired of trying to keep up with the steady flow of interestingly flavored vegetables. At least I actually like most of the food I make from winter vegetables; greens are even more odious.

Edit: Still tastes like parsnips. I added some cheddar and Parmesan and I think it'll be ok. I cooked it on too high a heat and it's almost as thick as mashed potatoes. I'm trying to decide if that's a bad thing.
