Aug. 15th, 2012 05:53 pmI cleaned the fridge and freezer, which seemed a good time to make more broth. So I did. By now I'm almost ahead of the farm share; just a few sad veggies left kicking around the bottom of the drawer. Here's what I did with the green and yellow squash (they're great for marinading & grilling, but I don't have a grill).

It thickens up a lot when you add the Parmesan, so don't worry about that. I think salting the onions is a mistake; if you over salt it there's no going back.
