I'm not going to post about potatoes, onions and garlic. I assume we all know what to do with those. I've gotten pretty good at making saag. There was more kale in the share, so I'm about to start another batch.

I've accumulated 2 tasty (i.e. not green) peppers and am going to try using up last year's zucchini in:

I will probably substitute jack or Swiss cheese for the feta.

Edit: This time I made the saag in the pea soup/lentil chili pot and used the stick blender on it. The texture is much closer to what I see in restaurants.
