Oct. 25th, 2009 01:46 pmI'm making cream of too much celery in my refrigerator soup. Friday (I think it was Friday...) I made aloo saag; I've never seen yoghurt go bad before. I found another leek, so there's potato soup in my future. And I want to try hiding some of the carrots in borscht.
So much soup!
Edit: The celery soup tastes strongly of celery, which some would consider a drawback. Triscuits and avocado make a surprisingly effective palate cleanser.
