I've given up on winter farmshares, but I'm close to the winter farmer's market. Here's what I'm doing to my dried limabeans:

I substituted thyme for sage. I'm suspicious of a bean recipe with no fat, but I can't exactly throw a ham bone into a vegetarian meal.

Well then, that explains it. I'll probably just smother it in cheese. :)
