No carrots or salad this week.  The mystery greens might be mustard?

Looks like this is do-able.  Haven't yet decided whether I'm too lazy to go out and buy feta.  Definitely not going to wait for the duck eggs!

Mustard greens are good greens!

Turns out they were some sort of mixed stir-fry greens. I ended up using the radish greens in the radish quiche.

Worked out fine. I mostly can't taste the cream cheese. Substituting moldy Parmesan for feta was not a culinary success.
