Much better than the parsnips au-gratin. Need to experiment with different cheeses -- this one's too sharp.

What did you not like about parsnips au-gratin? I imagine they'd be rather sweet for most cheeses ...

I believe that the thing I didn’t like was the parsnips. Quite woody.

Ah, yeah, that can be a failure mode of parsnips, They're not all like that, honest!
