Leftover turnips from last week, which I will probably bake with potatoes. Lettuce will either be eaten as salads or composted (feel free to volunteer to eat it). Bok choi, chard, and turnip greens will be baked with rice, eggs and dairy:

Last week's long skinny cabbage and ruddy lettuce went to my brother and his wife.
The freezer is filling fast, and I've been too lazy to label foods. The strawberries (u-pick, from Connors Farm) and last week's bok choi (sauteed with garlic scapes and butter) can be used as ingredients in smoothies and burritos. Bok choi with garlic scapes is much better as an ingredient than as a side dish.
Must learn to make saag.
Edit: I think that at least some of the chard is actually beet greens.
