That's not too far off proportion-wise from the two-loaves-of-pumpkin-bread recipe that's one of my basic quickbreads. Lower on flour, a little lower on sugar, no spices. I usually make it with 2/3 or 1/2 the oil, though. At a cup of oil, picking it up leaves my fingers greasy. Below half a cup of oil, the spices get a bit harsh. Frosted cake is plate-and-fork food, though, not finger food, so my complaint may be irrelevant.
Yeah, I don't actually own a bundt pan. I used two loaf pans, which made two relatively small loaves. Something pint sized would be just about right -- I'm wondering how those "cake in a mug" things work.
I own two of the smaller bundt pans. You'd be welcome to borrow one. They're fun, but a bit annoying to grease.
"Cake in a mug" has ~always been a microwave thing when I've seen it, which takes different recipe tuning. Ceramic and glass baking pans exist, though. Ceramic mugs might be fine in the oven, but be careful about thermal shock and don't use your favorite mug. :}
